Things get in the way!
I haven’t exercised or blogged (due to lack of exercise) as much as I had hoped to since being back in Manchester.
I’m in my final year of university so I have a lot of work to do, I find all the thinking tiring and I have no energy to go to the gym by the time I’ve got back from uni at 5pm. I know I need to man up and go to the gym EVEN WHEN I’m really tired.
So from next Monday, I will go to the gym at least twice a week (I’ll also be playing netball on Tuesdays with training on Mondays, so that’s 4 times a week).
My eating has been fairly good although I need to get more fruit in my body!
