Recap of the week
Gosh darn I have been so busy this week! Here’s a little run down of what I’ve been up to:
Sunday - Whole day netball umpiring course. It was really good! Learned some things about the game that I didn’t know and had a laugh which is the main thing. I need to get in a few hours of umpiring practice before I can take my exam but hopefully I’ll be a fully qualified level-C umpire very soon! Skyped with my mum in the evening, lovely stuff.
Monday - Slept in by accident and ended up wasting the entire morning. Went to uni in the afternoon for a lecture and got some good work done before netball practice at 5.
Tuesday - Usual day really. Didn’t want to go to school but it was fine in the end, I got a lot of work done in the afternoon and umpired my first ever netball match in the evening! I got very very sweaty running up and down the sideline! It went really well, all things considered. I know I missed some calls but it’s the lowest league (so not REALLY important) and they weren’t that bad…
Wednesday - Uni in the morning, studying in the afternoon. No exercise today. Weigh-in Wednesday was 151lbs. Cried. A lot.
Thursday - I was SO grumpy on Thursday! Again, bit of an uneventful day although one of my lecturers said “motherfucker” in class which made everyone giggle a lot.
Friday - Had home-made bindhi bajhee for lunch (mmm)
Saturday - Lazy morning with Joe (watching Saturday Kitchen Live…), did food shopping, went to the gym with Will. Intervals, 15 minutes on the cross trainer, owning the weights section. Had pasta carbonara for dinner. Joe and I drank almost all the wine ever and then went to the pub for a change of scenery and watched football. OH FOOTBALL! Decided that as of next week there’s NO cheating - that means NO chocolate or full fat fizzy drinks. I don’t like diet ones (and I hate the thought of all the sweetening chemicals in them) so basically means no fizzy drinks full stop.
Sunday - Woke up FAR too late (12.30, oops) and I’m now getting on with stuff for uni. On the agenda today is a practice essay plan, reading for my dissertation and French grammar, I believe we’re doing relative pronouns. Then, of course, X Factor results at 8pm! OMYGODIMSOEXCITED
