Weigh in Wednesday! On a Friday!
I know it’s Saturday today but I did actually weigh myself yesterday.
Last week: 148.6
This week: 147.4
Loss of 1.2lbs
I am very happy and quite surprised by this weight loss, I haven’t worked out for about 2 weeks because of my horrendous workload and I feel like my diet has been worse than usual - a few takeaway pizzas, fried chicken etc. But I have cut out snacking (more or less) and alcohol (not by choice, I might add, I just have no time to go to the pub!).
