I’m SO pleased and surprised! Last week was pretty bad for exercise and eating to be honest. I ran once and had a few junk food meals. It might be a cop out but I had an essay deadline and 2 exams to do, so it’s unsurprising that I wanted fatty food! 

This week I’ll carry on with my running and get some weight training in too. Hopefully this weight loss will continue!
