Work Out
Hit the gym for the first time in a while tonight. I’ve been mostly lying on the sofa running outside for the last few weeks so it was nice if slightly intimidating to get back on the machines! Here’s what I did:
C25K week 5 run 1: 30 mins walk/run, 2.3 miles
Free weights: (2.5kg) bicep curls (3x12), dumbbell squats (3x12)
Machine weights: tricep press (5kg, 3x12), chest press (5kg, 3x12)
Toning: crunches (3x12), half press-ups (1x12, 1x6)
Stretches!
Feel great.
