Last week round-up and weigh-in

Last week was a bit of a mixed bag really.

2 runs and 2 weights sessions = good (but must do more cardio)

Romantic weekend in York with the boyf = really good

What I ate during the romantic weekend in York = not good at all! 

I weighed in this morning. I’m back up to 150lbs on the nose, which is a gain of 1lb this week (total loss of 3lbs). It’s frustrating because I exercised more than I have previously but the “we’re on holiday” food and alcohol mentality kicked in!

Boyf and I went clothes shopping this weekend (we both hate it but he needed some smarter clothes for work) and I ended up in a tearful mess in the changing rooms after attempting to try on size 10 jeans. I never want to feel like that again.

I am still suffering from a bout of food poisoning/sickness I got on Sunday night. It’s made me feel really weak so I’m not going to play netball this week, not have I exercised yet. I’m going to see how I feel tomorrow and hopefully hit the gym but I definitely don’t want to vomit or worse on myself or anyone else!
