This was my last meaty hurrah before going veggie for lent. I’ll let you know how it goes! I’m hoping to be really creative with my veggie meals and if I find any good recipes you’ll be the first to know. I experienced my first veggie shopping crisis yesterday - my local supermarket doesn’t sell quinoa! I guess I’ll have to shelve the blackbean and quinoa burgers recipe for the time being.
Gym later - first workout in over a week and I’m scheduled for 25 minutes non-stop running…
